Aaron became Fellowship's Lead Pastor in July 2017. After his graduation from California State University, Stanislaus, in 1998, he played soccer in the top professional leagues throughout North America, Africa, and Asia. Before joining Fellowship's Staff, he spent 13 years ministering with Ambassadors Football, and obtained a Doctorate of Ministry from Liberty University. He and his wife, Ginny, were married in 2011. They have one son – Noah.

George lives in NC and runs his own trucking company. The Executive Team and Elders value his wisdom as he has led staff and operations at multiple multi-site churches. George & Tara love spending time with their children and grandchildren.

Margo has been on staff at Fellowship since 2010. She is passionate about meeting people where they are and helping them grow in their faith and connect here at Fellowship. Margo grew up in Chagrin Falls and at Fellowship. She and her husband, Gary, have three adult daughters - Madison, Sarah, and Hannah.

Anthony joined Fellowship staff in April of 2021. He and his wife Hannah have been married since 2016 and have two children, Cooper and Cameron. Anthony graduated from Ohio Christian University, with degrees in Organizational Leadership and Church Multiplication. He grew up on the East Side of Cleveland, in Mayfield.

Anicet joined Fellowship's staff as volunteer Associate Campus Pastor in 2023. 

Jeff came to Fellowship with a backdrop of 20+ years of youth ministry experience. In 2013, he started a non-profit called Lastleaf, which encompasses family, community, and missions. Jeff has led teams to countries in Central America, South America, Europe, and the Middle East. He desires to disciple students/families at home and around the world. He and his wife Amber have been married for 20+ years and have three daughters – Summer, Jailyn, and Brooke.

Brian has led worship for churches and conferences throughout the US. After competing on season 8 of The Voice, Brian was able to travel and share his story and the gospel through worship. He is a husband to his high school sweetheart, Kellie, and father to two boys, Ryland & Elliot. He graduated from Cedarville University with a degree in Communications and Worship Ministries. He is not good at Super Smash Bros. but enjoys it very much!

Kim joined Staff in 2023 after moving to Cleveland with Dustin. 

Aime graduated from Cedarville University with a BA in Bible/Christian Education. She and her husband, Joe (Executive Pastor) have served in full-time ministry for 20+ years and joined Fellowship in 2011. She is passionate about marriage/family, health/fitness, and orphan care/adoption. She and Joe have 6 children, a boxer named Jasmine and a bulldog named Mile, one grandson (Joseph) and another on the way.

Delene is a transplant from the Chicagoland area where she served at Western Springs Baptist Church. She has enjoyed employing her spiritual gifts of administration, helps and encouragement at Fellowship for 19 years, currently. She and her husband Kirt have two adult children.

Stephanie grew up worshipping and serving at Bethlehem Baptist Church until its merger with Fellowship City. She is excited to pour into the lives of the children, parents, and kids team members each week. She and Juan Carlos have two children: Santiago and Julissa.

Jennifer started attending Fellowship and serving on the worship team in 2015 after she and her husband, Adam, were married. She has always had a love for music and has been singing her whole life. After teaching for nine years, she changed careers and joined Fellowship staff. She and Adam have three children: Isaac, Grace, and Lydia.

Meredith has been a member at Fellowship since 2013. She has three children - Mackenzie, Joseph, and Deborah.

Joe joined Fellowship Staff in 2011. He has a BA in Bible/Missions from Cedarville University and an MA in Marriage & Family Therapy from Liberty University. Joe has a passion for learning and growing himself and helping leaders to be effective ministers. He and his wife, Aime, have six children - Nadia, Geneva, Elana, Jay, Jada, and Danny – and two grandsons.

Mark has been a member at Fellowship since 2003 and joined our staff in 2020. He retired from his career in banking in 2016 and feels truly blessed to serve in his role at Fellowship. Mark and Sue have a blended family with four children and five grandchildren.

Don attended Word of Life Bible Institute and Practical Bible Trainings School (now Davis College) both in New York, where he met his wife, Cindy. Happily married since 1983, they have two adult children. He served his home church as Associate/Youth Pastor Senior Pastor before Bethlehem was adopted by Fellowship in 2021. He has a heart for God’s Word, evangelism, and seeing people grow in their Christian walk. Pastor Don’s hobbies include bicycling, fishing, smoking meats, and adventuring with his grandchildren.

Dustin has served in the local church for two decades in just about every area imaginable, such as media, worship, small groups, and pastoral care. Dustin and his wife Kim moved to Cleveland in November of 2022, and he joined our staff to serve the Hudson campus. He’s passionate about studying the Scriptures, encouraging others, and helping people grow in their faith. He and Kim are the sleep-deprived parents of their newborn son, Harvey.

Andrew & Kimberly were the founding couple of our Hudson campus. For two years, they prayed for Hudson and hosted Sunday services in their home. Andrew joined staff as a volunteer in 2024. Andrew & Kimberly have two daughters: Priya and Olivine.

Ben joined Fellowship in 2020, relocating from St. Louis where he was on staff at Elevation Church. Ben loves to travel, work out, read, listen to podcasts, play basketball, and spend time with his family who are located in St. Louis, Park City & Dallas. Ben has 15+ years of experience in design, software development, and leadership in the corporate world. Ben and Bethany were married in 2022. “My life goal is to introduce and/or re-introduce as many people to Jesus as I can”. Matthew 6:33

Megan is happy to be back at Fellowship! She has been a member since 2019, bounced back and forth between here and St. Louis, but officially re-joined our staff in May of 2022. Megan has a heart to serve, is always up for an adventure, and loves running, watching football and movies, and spending time with her family and friends.

Valerie graduated from Cedarville with a degree in Public Administration and joined Fellowship's staff in 1988. Over the years she has served as secretary, Office Manager, and Human Resources Director.

Oriiginally from the UK, Ashley was a member at our sister church, Bridge Community Church, in England, volunteering in youth and on the worship team. He interned at Fellowship in 2019 and is now on staff as our Creative Lead. He has a BA in Graphic Design, and loves "football" (soccer), photography, and golf.

Cindy served on Staff at Bethlehem Baptist Church before the church was adopted by Fellowship. She and Don met while attending Practical Bible College (now Davis College). They have two adult children and three grandchildren.

Allison joined staff in 2022. She was a teacher for 7 years until she decided she wanted to do part-time work so she could be at home with her children. She is excited to use her Education degree at Fellowship to bring Him glory. She and her husband Josh have attended Fellowship for 6+ years and have three children: Nora, Thomas, and Henry.

Jill joined staff in 2023 and helps with Connections as well as general office duties. She and her husband Rick have attended Fellowship for 10+ years.
