As a church, we believe that when you live for more Faith, Family and Service, you are living a holistic God-centered life and can find a deep sense of purpose and significance. The type of life we see play out in John 10:10 is the one we want for everyone that comes to this church. "The thief comes to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly."

Why Faith, Family and Service? Good question! Faith is the bedrock upon which all the others are built. And we base those values squarely upon God's Word, the Bible. When you live for more faith, it is an indicator that God has full control of your life and His Word is the blue-print by which you live.

There's nothing like feeling a part of a family; to have a sense of belonging that when you aren't around, people miss you. And just like every family is diverse and dynamic, we believe that when you have more family in your life, it increases your desire for community and allows you to see and experience a world bigger than yourself.

The best way to get yourself off your mind is to focus on the needs of others. An increase of service reflects that heart of God who came to the world to serve and not be served. And whether near or far, more service has a peculiar and lovely way of bringing a smile to your face.

Prior to moving to Chagrin, Eric and Marcia both spent time in NYC. Eric served in several leadership capacities at his church there, as well as with the Ambassadors Football (soccer) board for five years. The Peiffer family motto comes from Micah 6:8 - “do justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with God.” Their children thus far have followed in Marcia’s footsteps, spending the majority of their teen summers in extended mission trips overseas. Eric has an MBA and leads a capital markets team at KeyBank downtown. He enjoys applying some of that experience in service with Fellowship’s Stewardship Team. He and Marcia have been thrilled to see all that God has done at FCC in the past few years!
